The MAX Telephone Service Center works just like a regular branch. No matter where you are - at home, work or traveling - when you call the MAX Telephone Service Center during office hours you will always speak directly to a MAX Federal Credit Union representative. We even offer a toll-free number for your added convenience when you are out of town.

The MAX Telephone Service Center offers two numbers for your convenience (below). Call the MAX Telephone Service Center when you need to transfer funds, sign up for additional services or consult with a representative about your financial needs. You can even sign up for Direct Deposit through the MAX Telephone Service Center which means your funds can be automatically deposited into your account.
Lightning Loan Line
The second number for the MAX Telephone Service Center is the Lightning Loan Line. There is no easier, faster or more convenient way to get a loan. Whatever your loan needs, just call the MAX Telephone Service Center and our Lightning Loan officers will take your application over the telephone or by FlashFAX. Once your loan is approved, your loan proceeds can be sent payable to you, or you and the vehicle dealer of your choice. And best of all, we can usually give you an answer the same day so you'll have quick and easy access to your funds in no time.
