To complete a balance transfer, click the link below or stop by any branch and complete the bottom portion of one of our credit card applications entitled "Credit Card Payment Authorization" with your creditor's Name, Address, your Account Name & Number, the balance amount you would like transferred and the payment due date. Then submit the form to a MAX branch or mail it to the MAX Credit Card Department, P.O. Box 244040, Montgomery AL 36124-4040. Offer good for qualified borrowers. Certain restrictions apply.

Apply online today or stop by any branch and fill out a simple one-page application. Balance transfer information should be completed in the "Credit Card Payment Authorization" section at the bottom of the form. This offer is good for qualified applicants. Certain restrictions apply.
Attention Online Applicants:
To complete balance transfer(s) to your MAX Visa or Mastercard: Once you have completed your online application and receive approval from MAX, you will need to fill out the section on the printed application entitled "Credit Card Payment Authorization" with your creditor's Name, Address, your Account Name & Number, the balance amount you would like transferred and the payment due date and submit the form to a MAX branch or mail it to the MAX Credit Card Department, P.O. Box 244040, Montgomery AL 36124-4040.
