Making the switch to MAX is easy!
Once you open your new MAX account, you can take advantage of the forms below to help you:
1. Close your old account with your previous financial institution.

2. Move your direct deposit to your MAX account.

3. Start making outgoing payments from your MAX account that are currently made from a different account.

Simply follow the instructions on the forms to fill them out, and bring them to a MAX branch nearest you. A MAX Associate can submit the forms on your behalf. Be sure to keep a copy of the forms for your records.
